Internet Issues
I've been having some internet issues over the past couple weeks. I haven't been able to stay connected for an indefinite amount of time. Before I would connect then lose connection anywhere between 1 second and 10 hours later. Usually 1 second. We have Comcast internet and we had them come out and fix our wires. Apparently we were at a -8 at something, and they set us to 0.
About an hour later our internet went completely dead. We got a new modem, and after a while for some reason we would got internet from it when plugged directly in. Then we tested the old one and that worked. So we ruled that out and exchanged the new modem for a new router. We just got that up and working and so far it has worked well except we dropped once already. Short story: A new modem/router and Comcast hasn't really fixed the problem with my internet. Any advice? |
